Who you are dealing with

Direct Home Buyer is Matthew Mai’s house-buying company. When we purchase a property we act as the buyer, for our own account — we do not represent the seller and we are nobody’s agent in the transaction. Sellers are entitled to, and encouraged to, obtain independent legal advice before signing anything.
