- Collected automatically: pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, referring website, and advertising click identifiers (such as gclid or fbclid) where you arrived from an advertisement.
- Calls: phone numbers on this site may be tracked so we know which advertising works. Calls may be recorded; if they are, you will be told at the start of the call.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare an offer on your property, measure which advertising works, and meet our record-keeping obligations under Alberta law.
Who we share it with
Only where necessary: lawyers acting on a transaction, and the service providers who run our website, forms, analytics and advertising (including Google and Meta). We do not sell your information, and we do not pass it to lead-generation networks.
Your consent, and withdrawing it

Retention and security
