Kitchen
Original cabinets, laminate counters and a 1980s layout, rebuilt with new cabinetry, quartz and appliances.

She had lived in that house fifty years and wanted to sell it the way it stood. We bought it from her directly — no listing, no cleaning out, nothing repaired first. That is the whole transaction the rest of this site describes, and that is what it actually looks like from the inside.

“Hi, my name is Matthew. I’m a real estate agent in Calgary. I also own a renovation company, and we’re always looking to buy houses as-is, where-is — just like this one.
I bought this one directly from the homeowner. She’d owned the house for 50 years, and then she was looking to sell as-is. No cleaning, no repair. And we offer a price that works for both of us.
You can choose your own closing day. It can be as quick as two or three weeks, or it can be as long as three months, six months.
And so yeah — if you want to sell the house and you don’t want to do any repair. No cleaning. Closing quick or long.”
